Bestfriend

I have been having complex thoughts about my life and my chosen direction. Some people say the world is a battle, and one must push through. Life is fair and plays out how our Father in Heaven dictates. What the Lord has spoken is the universal law. His words will come to pass regardless of whether humanity understands them. Nonetheless, God gives specific individuals understanding that surpasses everyone else's knowledge and makes us listen to these people. These people are prophets that proclaim the commands of God to the people. Usually, they aren’t the most beautiful, famous, or talented, though their character is blameless and devoted to continuous prayer. God doesn’t highlight these men and women to us. We must know Him and His words and compare them to the proclamation of the prophets. We must study and seek knowledge from the Holy Spirit to guide our understanding of Christ's ways. Even when such persons speak in error, given that we are imperfect beings, we must always...

Meeting In The Chamber

A friend wrote a ballad, and I added to her words. Enjoy   Danie’s Ballad: Sometimes I feel like: I'm engaged, waiting on my groom. As I change into my bridal gown, I get gussie up... I gaze out the window, in my dressing room, at the church.  I notice how in love I am and how I never want to go back to my single life! I see I'm a bit anxious to hurry and be married!! I then feel nervous about how deep my groom's love runs for me. A love I've never known!  I sit in front of a mirror to reflect on myself. I note that I'm ready, but I'm feeling little pre-marriage jitters! I begin to feel insecure.  Does He feel the same? What does He see in me?  Does He know how I feel? What will life be like in His constant embrace?  Then I stop, breathe, and relax! I'm waiting to get married, so there should be no doubt. I turn to my bridesmaid and ask, "How much longer?" She replies, "I do not know, but how joyous will you be patiently awaiting His arrival...

Nature's Testimony - Convo with God

Jasmine: Good Morning, sunshine! God: Good Morning, my sweet, sweet rose. Jasmine: I've been thinking about doctrines, seminary, and psychology.  God: Why? You are doing well. I am your teacher, and you are my student; this doesn't comprehend with your set will? Jasmine: Haha, Yes, it does. I was mentioning that since I been through with biochemical engineering and you took me out of church… God: Honey, Do you have a desire to pursue engineering or perhaps go to a church? Jasmine: NO NO! The thing you set in place is great. I just want to go to seminary to study biblical theology or get a job doing something engineering oriented. God: What if you can combine the two? Jasmine: Heck yeah, but how? God: (smiles) Well, What if you partook in a chemic multi-generational operation that brought a particular alien species and merged it with another, thus creating a new race (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 3:28; Colossians 3:11; Ephesians 2:15)? I know that you don't like things un...

Jesus' Last Words On Earth

Luke 23:46 reads; And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, He said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit and having said thus, He gave up the ghost. These were the very last words Jesus spoke on the cross. It was the 6th hour, and it was dark. As Jesus hung there on that cross, His body badly beaten, His hands stretched wide and nailed, His feet nailed together, depending on that cross with a crown of thorns had been smashed on His head.  A sign was posted on the cross that said King of the Jews. The pain that Jesus felt on that cross was great. Isaiah 53:5 says He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes, we are healed.  We hear what happened to him bodily.  In addition, Spiritually, Jesus carried the world's weight on His heart as He became sin for us. Jesus laid His body out as a slain lamb. All the sins of humanity were poured upon His head like the trash of a city...

A Brief Thought - Grow In Consecration

Since yesterday, God has weighed heavy on my spirit. There is an urgency that we Christian's need to keep in mind. Greater persecution is coming to America. The world is growing more fowl before our eyes. I would tell you to be vigilant. Instead, you should build in your consecration toward the Lord God.

Thought Of The Day: Wearing The Very Nature Of God

I’ve been thinking about Holiness and Virtue. These two high mountains are excellent but hard to obtain in a society that pushes filth. A community of evil people, who may live in your house. Behold, God in all His glory. He gives us the grace to maintain in His presence as we move about day after day. Purity, goodness, and righteousness are fabulous ideas that fill me with absolute happiness and completeness. Wearing the very nature of God is all but a dream that is my reality. The Holy Spirit works to draw us more to the Lord. Thus we see the world right. Not that long ago, our vision was dim. Like the saints before us, we set out on a journey on a boat. As Christ is our captain, we sail the open seas with wide eyes and a thirst for adventure. The ocean is calm and still, beaming with life within its deep waters. Everything is right with the world as God kisses our faith with the wind and hugs our souls with affirmation a million times over using the stars of the night. ...

Thought of the day: Our Sad Human Condition

Many thoughts run through my mind as I see the world through the gaze of God. I am in awe of the beauty of existence yet in disarray about the state of the human condition. The world likes to play in this race which will allow you to be successful. It differs depending on the culture one currently lives in, but let us focus on America. America has the popularity and power to influence every other country on earth. Given our sad excuse of  a life, we find that people are hopeless and empty. I am grateful to live in a “free” country. The conditions could be worse, but I don’t put faith in the system rather Gods sovereignty. I know I seem contradictory to the above paragraph, but I assure you every idea is parallel to each other.   When I look at individuals, I see beauty and splendor. People are unique and lively. It makes you wonder what it all means. Are people just a gathering of blood, mucus, water, and bones that sprung from an animal long ago? Did the world crea...

The Muddy Crown

The Lord called me to His bosom, and my heart leaped for joy. I was laying down on my bed thinking about what I was going to do for the rest of the day. Suddenly, God spoke to my spirit saying, “baby come see me.” I traveled to heaven at the speed of thought. Before I knew it, I was on the forever bridge where I regularly meet God.   The forever bridge is a beautiful bridge that stretches from as far as the eye can see. It’s a pathway through the heavens and galaxies. I meet God in the middle of the forever bride overlooking the earthly and heavenly clouds. From this point, I can see planet earth, the sun, and the moon in all its glory.   As I appeared before God, we didn’t speak. My heart knows the words of God, and He knows mine. My relationship with God is like water; you don’t know where it begins or ends, that’s because it doesn’t and never will. Next to God Jesus appeared dressed in a very raggedy robe. It was brown and with holes near the feet. ...

Where I'm From Poem

Behold the Doule Where I’m from 3/19/2016 I’m from the mind of Him, who is great The echo of His love, where righteousness is breath And holiness and goodness, eat at the same table I’m from the shouts of praise, sitting on the seat of laughter With others who share His story, history I’m from boldness and strength, that’s been given to me, as a gift From hymns of death, blood, and torture That produced life, grace, and mercy I’m from rainy weather and cold winds That like to hug me, every time I walk outside From the shivering cold and long walks at night From 100 books open at one time As the hail taps my window to come in From deep thoughts, that give me the same enjoyment as songs From crazy sibling to wonderful parents I’m from sad moments and happy times Where misery and blissful collide Yes, I’m from the cross I plant my roots in wisdom and produce knowledge I gather from Christ, my life From Proverbs 9:10, to be precis...

Hello World

As I have grown into the knowledge and wisdom of God, I become in awe of the world around me. I love the world and the fragments of God that are displayed. It's never Gods intention to get rid of our planet but to restore it to its former Glory. When the world exists under His rain, everything will be more magnificent than what we have ever imagined. I look around, and I see lost and needy souls. Men cry out for God, but the world feeds them spoonfuls of emptiness. I don’t think the world remembers a day when morality held hands with righteousness. Each passing year our flesh is fed more and more and soon the monster it indeed is, is will become standard. When are flesh isn’t fed, and the spirit made alive in Christ Jesus is evident, everyone is quick to stone you.  A revival is coming. According to my knowledge, the best revival happened 2000 years ago after a young woman by the name of Mary had a child. At the age of 30 that Godman made a massive roar in the spiritual...

The Greatest Spiritual Gift

A brother in Christ wrote to me: I don’t have any spiritual gifts, although I want to serve the Lord anyway I can. How can that be since I don’t have gifts? My Response: Praise God. Hey (Anonymous), How are you? I’m actually answering some messages this weekend. It should be fun because the Lord is with me. You don’t need to have spiritual gifts to be used by the Lord. There are two things the Lord seeks to do in a believer’s life. To establish them to love the Lord with all their heart, mind, soul and strength and to love other people like themselves (Luke 10:27 ). You cannot do the latter without first learning to love God abundantly. We are all growing to love God, and the Holy Spirit works to have Him manifest in our lives. The highest spiritual gift above them all is showing Christ's love. 1 Corinthians 13:2 (NIV) If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have faith that can move mountains, but does not ...

Convo with God and Jesus. Feeling Disheartened

God and I had this conversation on November -7-2015 Praise God. Me: I feel like people are disappointed in me. I have had such a great life. I’ve always had the most excellent food, the newest clothes, and the latest hairdos. Jesus: That is what you call a good life? Baby, you have a small view of the world. Me: I’m not finished. I have had bad things happen, but it’s been mostly because I caused them. For the most part, it was very lovely. I always had support and lived in a friendly neighborhood. I still enjoyed family vacations, and I don’t remember not getting something I wanted for Christmas. I still had the latest technologies and just …Yeah… Jesus: Sweetheart, what then is the problem? Me: So many good things yet people remember the bad so distinctly.  My mother has invested so much in me so has Joycelyn, I feel like I’m letting them down. What am I doing for them? I’m 23 now and trying to figure out where I fit in the world. They want me to go to...
